Be returned within 30 days from the delivery date
For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please securely package the item and attach the provided return label before shipping it back to us.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided after the return request is approved. We strongly recommend using the provided label to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team for assistance. Replacement requests are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item has a different price, the remaining balance will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
