Shipping FAQs
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden or additional shipping charges.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before being shipped.
4. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. The total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 6 to 13 business days.
5. What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 04:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
7. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but not received?
Please check your delivery address, surrounding areas, and with neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us for further assistance.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are new and in their original condition and packaging.

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
14. Are there any return fees?
No, returns are completely free. We provide a downloadable return label at no cost, and there are no restocking fees.
15. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
