Shipping FAQs

1. Where do you ship?

Pet Dry Shop currently ships within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

For orders under $75, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

3. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. How long does delivery take?

After an order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 4โ€“8 business days.

The total estimated delivery timeframe, including processing and shipping, is approximately 5โ€“10 business days.

5. What is the order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 03:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

7. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but not received?

We recommend first checking your delivery address, mailbox, surrounding areas, and with neighbors.

If your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If additional help is needed, our support team will be happy to assist you.

All transactions on Pet Dry Shop are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

For security purposes, we do not store your complete payment details.

11. What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details, ensure sufficient funds are available, or contact your bank or payment provider.

You may also try completing the purchase using a different payment method.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

12. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and accessories.

13. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

14. Are there any return fees?

No. Eligible returns are completely free.

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns, and we do not charge restocking fees.

15. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
